The project "From vulnerable sectors to subjects of development: emergency support to the population of Koro" implemented by ISCOS Ngo in consortium with RE.TE and Terra Nuova and in collaboration with Malians partners PDCO, Mólibemo and FATTB (Fédération des Associations des Thérapeutes Traditionnels du cercle de Bandiagara), funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, aims to improve the living conditions of the rural population in the department of Koro (Mopti region), strengthening the resilience of local communities and in particular the sectors more vulnerable but more capable of redemption: farmers, women, children.
The initiative aims to improve the living conditions of 800 rural families of Koro, creating and developing agro-ecological production systems and enhancing education and health services with emergency interventions with a focus in community resilience.
